I stayed here with two teacher friends when we were in the area for a Teacher’s Conference in Guys Mills, PA. This is a beautiful and clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very workable and nice. We had a lovely stay!

This place worked well for our stay (we were visiting family nearby). It was clean and comfortable and charming and quiet. We especially liked that we were able to get some laundry done. The A/C was a blessing. The neighborhood was super peaceful, and we liked seeing the lightning bugs at night.
We did our own cooking and we managed, but I wouldn't recommend it if you have anything more ambitious planned, as the kitchen and provided cooking tools are fairly basic (e.g. no dish-washer) and the kitchen table isn't very practical.

This cottage was perfect for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids). It was well stocked with supplies and having access to laundry was a plus. The kids liked playing with the magna-tiles that were available. Very quiet country road with friendly neighbors. We’d stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Matt’s place. The home was easily accessible from Edinboro University. The home was private and beautiful, we cannot wait to return next year!

Me and my husband and children stay at Matt’s places it was great the best two weeks we have had. The house was super nice made us feel at home very beautiful neighborhood and great people.
